Our story started a couple of years ago when I was at a crossroads on how to help my son, who had eczema, relieve his dry and itchy skin. I tried so many creams and ointments that did not give his skin the intense moisture it needed to help alleviate the constant itching. I decided to find a natural way to help relieve the persistent itching from dry skin.

I got some natural, unrefined shea butter from Africa, went into the kitchen, and mixed up my first trial. I made a couple more and gave some as gifts, improved on it, and now have the signature formula for the best body butter cream. I have further expanded my product line to include signature soaps and facial scrubs.

My mission when creating Emmanuel + Ava skincare products is to give others passionate about quality skincare products the opportunity to experience the best skin care products that are natural, organic, and free of chemicals, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. Emmanuel + Ava still stands by that mission.
